The preferential treatment card is a "red business card" the size of a bank card, which is printed with the cardholder's photo, name, gender, length of service and the issuing unit.

It is understood that since the application of the preferential treatment certificate for retired soldiers and other special care objects in Wuhan, the "one person, one file" file has been fully implemented, and an authoritative, reliable, interconnected, dynamic and real-time basic information database for retired soldiers has been established.
Up to now, 42,000 veterans and special care recipients in the city have submitted preferential treatment certificates for application procedures, of which there are more than 4,000 in Qingshan District.

List of basic preferential treatment for soldiers and list of basic preferential treatment for survivors of martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in service, and survivors of soldiers who died of illness.
