  The preferential treatment card is a "red business card" the size of a bank card, which is printed with the cardholder's photo, name, gender, length of service and the issuing unit.

  It is understood that since the application of the preferential treatment certificate for retired soldiers and other special care objects in Wuhan, the "one person, one file" file has been fully implemented, and an authoritative, reliable, interconnected, dynamic and real-time basic information database for retired soldiers has been established.

Up to now, 42,000 veterans and special care recipients in the city have submitted preferential treatment certificates for application procedures, of which there are more than 4,000 in Qingshan District.

  When purchasing air tickets, the holder can enjoy a 5% discount on the actual sales price when purchasing air tickets on the direct sales platform of China United Airlines Co., Ltd., and can add other discounts in the region where they are located.

Among them, surviving family members of martyrs, veterans who participated in the war, veterans with disabilities, veterans who have been awarded personal second-class merit or above during their service, and other certificate holders can enjoy a 10% discount on the actual sales price; it also includes priority check-in, registration, etc. Serve.

  When express mailing, the holder can enjoy a 15% discount on domestic express mail, international and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan EMS products.

  For other preferential treatment, Jing Song, head of the Special Care and Placement Section of the Qingshan District Veterans Affairs Bureau, introduced that retired soldiers and other special care objects can be viewed in the "Opinions on Strengthening the Preferential Treatment of Military Dependents, Retired Soldiers and Other Special Care Objects". List of basic preferential treatment for soldiers and list of basic preferential treatment for survivors of martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in service, and survivors of soldiers who died of illness.

  At present, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and 6 enterprises are promoting the preparatory work of information system transformation, connection and debugging.
