Yellen made the remarks at a hearing of the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee, the report said.
Yellen also said: "President Biden has made it clear that Russia cannot act as usual in any financial institution, and I certainly agree with him. He is calling for Russia to be excluded from the G20." She also said that if The Russians were there, "we will not be participating in some meetings".
