As part of the reform of the Diet, the House of Representatives has been making paperless, and for three years it has stopped distributing paper-based questions and answers from members of the Diet.



And this time, the minutes of the plenary session and the committee, and the "public bulletin" that informs the promulgation of laws and government ordinances will be stopped from the next parliament and will be switched to browsing on the Internet on the 7th. The plenary session unanimously decided to revise the relevant rules.



However, the "Kanpo" will be distributed if there is a member who wants it, and the Secretariat of the House of Representatives expects to reduce costs by about 97 million yen annually.



The House of Councilors has already made similar rule revisions and is working on it.
