For the first time, the mentally handicapped will be able to vote for a presidential election.

A new law that can be learned, especially during dedicated workshops.

Because voting can be learned.

REPORT

For the first time, the mentally handicapped will be able to vote for a presidential election.

Since 2019, the law has indeed authorized all mentally handicapped people, under guardianship, to participate in elections, without the prior authorization of a judge and to go to the polls alone if they wish.

And this new right can be learned!

Workshops exist to teach them to familiarize themselves with what awaits them on Sunday for the first round.
