China News Service, April 7 (Xinhua) According to Kyodo News, on the 7th, Japan announced the release of 15 million barrels of oil from national and private reserves, saying it was part of the International Energy Agency (IEA) oil discharge plan.

  Earlier, in response to the rise in international oil prices caused by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the IEA revealed that it would release 120 million barrels of oil reserves.

  Among them, the United States will bear 60 million barrels, and the rest of the oil reserves will be shared by the IEA member countries, including most of the European countries, Japan and Mexico.
