The notice pointed out that the procuratorial organs should be the key targets for five types of women who have entered the procuratorial case-handling process and meet the conditions for assistance. women who have been violated by illegal and criminal acts such as sexual assault, abduction and trafficking; third, women whose main labor force of the family has been killed or lost their ability to work due to illegal and criminal violations, and who undertake the obligations of raising minor children and supporting the elderly; fourth, women who are seriously ill or disabled; Fifth, elderly women whose support obligor does not have the ability to support or who have no support in fact.
According to the notice, for women who have difficulties in life due to civil tort cases such as employment gender discrimination and workplace sexual harassment, which are difficult to resolve through legal channels, and who are sued for divorce due to domestic violence and have real difficulties in their lives, according to the actual situation, women who think they need assistance, the place where the case is handled. The procuratorial organs can also cooperate with the women's federation to carry out assistance and relief work.
