The search for Ukrainian "escorts girls" on Irish sites is exploding, NGOs warn

The Ukrainian president spoke to the Irish Parliament this Wednesday morning, from a distance, as he has already done with several countries.
Irish NGOs are taking the opportunity to alert the government to a recurring phenomenon for several days.
The number of men looking for Ukrainian escorts on Irish sites is skyrocketing.
Several associations have launched a campaign to ensure that humanitarian aid is well secured.

Some Irish escort sites have seen a 250% increase in searches for Ukrainian women.
To remedy this, organizations have just launched a campaign to alert the government, led by Jennifer Flynn McCarthy, who is the spokesperson for the National Council of Women.

The site encourages people to directly exploit Ukrainian women,
” she says;
implying that Ukrainian women do not enjoy porn unlike prostitution.

Prostitution and trafficking feed on desperation.
Of course these women would do anything to survive.

And what worries Denise Charlton, director of the National Council for Migrants, is that these women are drawn into prostitution networks from which it is more difficult to get them out: "
In Ireland the figures are particularly shocking because most of the transactions are done online.
You can order yourself a young woman in any hotel room in the country, you can't see it on the sidewalk anymore.
These are colossal sums of money for organized crime!

The organizations are also calling on the government to better check the profiles of Irish people who offer to host Ukrainians in their homes.
Cases of blackmail in exchange for sex have already been reported.
