A 43-year-old man was sentenced on Tuesday by the Quimper criminal court (Finistère).

This Saturday, after an alcoholic evening, he violently attacked the police who came to arrest him, reports Côté Quimper.

It was a relative who welcomed the forties and his family who alerted the police.

When the officers arrived, the 40-year-old kicked and headbutted them, resisting his arrest.

"I'm going to kill you, kill you," he also told a policewoman.

Five Taser shots were needed to subdue him.

Six months firm

Taken to the police station, the man whose blood alcohol level exceeded 2 g even threw his dentures at the police.

Judged in immediate appearance for willful violence, death threats, contempt and rebellion, the forties had few memories of the evening at the time of the hearing.

Already sentenced ten times by the courts, the Quimperois was sentenced to six months in prison and four months suspended probation.

He is also condemned to an obligation of care and work for two years.
