It's the "1999 Pokemon Shadowless 1st Edition Holo Charizard," Insider reports.
This card, which therefore represents the famous pokemon Charizard, is very rare and was one of the 121 copies to have received the status "Mint 10" out of the 3,000 which had been submitted to the PSA collectible card classifier.

Third most expensive card in history
Even though the prices of cards from the Pokémon franchise have been skyrocketing for many years now, this acquisition places this Charizard card in third place among the most expensive cards in the world.
