Ye Tianyu, a "post-90s" boy, likes to be different, he likes to ponder Chinese characters.
Because he likes to design fonts since his student days, Ye Tianyu decided to resign from "Dachang" in 2016, concentrate on his obsessed "character creation" work, and founded his own "Magpie Made Characters" brand.
In the past 6 years, Ye Tianyu and his team have designed 13 sets of fonts, which are used in many publicity posters and cultural and creative products.
He hopes to create an original and genuine font library that Chinese people can afford, explore the more profound value of fonts, and create more possibilities for Chinese font design.
