 on Tuesday, he confirms that "things are going pretty well".

"After the period that we experienced in 2021, with the coronavirus and the return of the fact at home, the market is regaining color."

A market growing by 6% per year 

The group thus achieves a turnover of around 308 million euros in 2021, with an increase of around "6% per year".

"We take our snack outside, we want to find pleasure again and therefore the market is picking up color."

And if the Russian invasion in Ukraine "strongly upsets the raw materials markets", Rodolphe Millet assures him: "Almost all of our ingredients are of French origin."

“We control our supply chains,” he summarizes.

As for the shortage of eggs linked to the avian flu which hovers, the director general assures that he has already looked into the problem.

"There are 34 countries that are affected in the world, and indeed the supplies are tighter. We are possibly preparing to develop recipes by using eggs in other forms".
