An investigation has been opened in order to determine the circumstances of the death of a couple whose bodies were found in their accommodation in Reims (Marne) this Saturday morning.
Firefighters broke a window to gain access to the home.

Scheduled autopsies
Matthieu Bourrette, public prosecutor, indicated that these were “elderly” people whose death “would go back several days”.
The magistrate specified that autopsies would be carried out during the course of this week.
The results of the examinations should give investigators a better understanding of what happened at the couple's home.
The elements noted during the first investigations on the spot were not communicated.
