Kim Yeo-jung, deputy director of the North Korean Workers' Party, spoke again after two days, threatening that the South Korean military would be annihilated due to North Korea's nuclear force in a military confrontation with South Korea, even though it would not fire a single bullet at South Korea.

Kim Yeo-jung, in her discourse again after two days, said, "I will not fire a single bullet" at South Korea because it does not view South Korea as an opponent of North Korean armed forces.

She added that this is not a view that compares military power to North Korea, a purely nuclear power, but because they are the same people who should not fight each other.

At the same time, Kim Yo-jong continued to threaten South Korea with nuclear weapons.

In her discourse, Kim Yeo-jung said that if South Korea chooses a military confrontation with North Korea, North Korea's nuclear warfare force will have to carry out its mission, and that the mission of the nuclear force is to eliminate the other side's military power at once.

She said that nuclear war force would be mobilized to seize the initiative in the early stages of the war and incinerate the will of the other side to war.

Kim Yeo-jung argued that South Korea should refrain from military delusions against nuclear-weapon states, and that catastrophe could be avoided even if only flying shells and shields were devised.

Kim Yeo-jung also scorned that a preemptive strike against a nuclear-weapon country was an unreasonable delusion and that it was the courage of a madman.
