Former US President Donald Trump considered that nothing can be done about current President Joe Biden's deteriorating physical and mental condition.
"While we can do nothing about Joe Biden's deteriorating physical and mental condition, with the help of your votes in November, we have an opportunity to stop the decline in our country," Trump told a rally of his supporters in Michigan.
"I don't think there has ever been a time in our country's history when we felt like we were at this low," he added.
Trump emphasized that in "the most dangerous period in life" Americans have "a president who does not understand what is happening, what he is saying, where he is."
According to Trump, "Biden's weakness" led to the situation in Ukraine, Russia looked at the failures in the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan and decided to carry out a special military operation.
