The investigation was quick.
On March 21, the gendarmes of the Libourne brigade, in Gironde, arrested three men suspected of being involved in the theft of 1,400 bottles stolen during two thefts from warehouses, on March 13 and 14 in Libourne.
During the searches, 970 bottles were found, explain the gendarmes on their Facebook page.
The damage is estimated at 38,000 euros.
Two of the suspects have been placed under judicial supervision pending their appearance before a judge, which will take place in May.
“One of them was also imprisoned in execution of a sentence pronounced for other facts”, specify the gendarmes.
