  Luo Jun is a mother of an autistic child. Over the years, she and her family have encountered all kinds of unfriendliness when taking their children out.   In 2018, Luo Jun and other parents established the Yueyang City Parents Mutual Aid Center for Worried and Mental Disabilities and became a partner of the One Foundation Ocean Paradise Program. They are also active participants in the annual Blue Action.
