A U.S. court has ordered a restraining order for a Korean woman who has been stalking Apple CEO Tim Cook for over a year.

The Santa Clara County High Court in California, USA, ordered a three-year barring of access to a Korean woman, Choi, who threatened and pursued Tim Cook.

In accordance with this, she has been banned from trying to converse via Twitter or email, etc. She said she has not been within 180 meters of Tim Cook for three years since she has been around.

According to evidence filed by Apple in court, she said Mr. Choi had been pursuing Tim Cook since the end of 2020.

She revealed in 2014 that she publicly revealed that she was gay. She sent over 200 emails to Tim Cook asking him to sleep. They even claimed that they were both dead.

She ended up arguing that in October of last year she broke into Tim Cook's home twice and said that she could be violent if she didn't see her.

She could be jailed after she faces criminal punishment if she breaks her restraining order.
