It was on the evening of October 15 last year that the accused men allegedly shot at two other men in Råbergstorp.
The accused men, who are in their 25s, are then said to have followed one of the men on a motorcycle and fired several shots.
No person was injured in connection with the incident.
The two accused men could be arrested shortly after the shooting and were then arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
According to the indictment, because they carried sharp-charged weapons, they are also charged with a serious weapon crime.
The two men are already known to the police.
- They are both known by us as two violent actors in a criminal network in Eskilstuna, said local police area chief Christer Sjöqvist after the incident.
Several acts of violence
The shooting in Råbergstorp is one of several acts of violence during the autumn in Eskilstuna.
The day before the incident, a person was injured in connection with a shooting near a school in the nearby district of Fröslunda.
And a month later, a 14-year-old boy was injured in a shooting in the same district.
