The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung is expanding its exclusive digital offering and launching the podcast “FAZ Frühdenker” on April 1st.

The new audio format supplements the newsletter of the same name and offers a compact overview of the main daily events in Germany and the world every morning.

Interested parties can test the new podcast free of charge until April 30, after which it will be available to digital subscribers on FAZ.NET and in the FAZ apps, as well as being available for a monthly subscription on the Apple Podcasts and Spotify platforms.

In audio format, “FAZ Frühdenker” offers listeners efficient orientation on the relevant topics of the day every morning from 6 a.m. from Monday to Friday, just like the newsletter.

With the section "What happened that night", the podcast supplements everything important with the decisive events of the past twelve hours.

Each episode is around ten minutes long.

This means that the audio version of “FAZ Frühdenker” can also be made an integral part of the daily morning ritual.

The "FAZ Frühdenker" newsletter is sent to 145,000 readers every day and has established itself as a successful product in the digital section of the FAZ within a year of its launch.

The podcast "FAZ Frühdenker" is now available to listen to at faz.net/fruehdenker.
