On its last day and night, the "Expo 2020 Dubai" party yesterday, with a majestic scene, colored by people from different parts of the world, as large numbers flocked to attend the "final day".
Without limitation, guests were keen to visit the international exhibition in its last hours, expressing their wishes to repeat these wonderful experiences in the future, stressing that the Dubai version will remain immortal in the memory of the history of international exhibitions, after the UAE hosted the most wonderful version, and its exhibition witnessed a historical turnout from the guests, who They wrote the most wonderful chapter in this beautiful story that spanned six months, and its heroes were visitors who did not deviate from expectations, and appeared until the last hours in the form of human waves as far as the eye could see, from the four gates, to the “beating heart” of the Al-Wasl Dome.
"Emirates Today" has monitored, since the early morning, yesterday, a heavy movement of visitors, who were keen to attend since the opening of the gates, and not to miss the opportunity to attend the closing day, and to take last looks at the pavilions, squares and areas of the exhibition, as the guests raced to roam between the pavilions of the participating countries. And enjoy the various programs, content and entertainment and cultural events it offers.
Visitors also competed to obtain an Expo passport, in addition to entering the various pavilions to complete the task of obtaining stamps documenting their attendance and entry to the historical event.
Visitors expressed their happiness with the gesture of "Expo Dubai" and its last seal, which bid farewell to the visitors with the words: Thank you for the memories, noting that they have already returned from the exhibition with many of them.
The wide turnout of visitors, from various segments of society, to visit Expo Dubai, reflects their great awareness of the importance, value and size of this huge global event, which is being held in the UAE and the Middle East and South Asia for the first time, and their keenness to benefit from it, and to achieve its slogan “Continue.” Minds and Creating the Future”, learn about the cultures of the 192 participating countries, and learn about the latest technologies in the field of opportunities, mobility and sustainability.
Despite the significant increase in the number of visitors, which rose clearly during the evening period, and witnessed heavy movement and long queues of visitors in front of many pavilions, the most prominent of which were the pavilions of the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Italy, India, China and the Philippines, waiting for their role in Entry for a period of more than three hours in some of the suites, but there was a great insistence by visitors to fulfill their wishes by taking advantage of the last opportunity to witness the international creativity from the various pavilions in Dubai.
Al Wasl Square was the most attractive to visitors, especially as it witnessed the organization of the closing ceremony, in addition to being the main center of the site.
Visitors to "Emirates Today" confirmed their happiness at attending this exceptional global forum, as it is the first of its kind of this size since the "Corona" pandemic, saluting the UAE, which brought the world together in one place.
They expressed their wishes that the exhibition be extended for other days, stressing that it has become one of the prominent signs that everyone in the country has been associated with, including citizens, residents and visitors, and that they will miss it greatly after closing its doors, in the early hours of this morning, hoping that the "Expo" will have An exceptional permanent headquarters in Dubai in a different way that expresses the permanent uniqueness of the UAE.
