Eleven people aged 20 to 31 were arrested on March 29 during a vast operation, carried out in Vaucluse and Bouches-du-Rhône.
These arrests took place after several months of investigation into the war of succession raging in the city of Amandiers in Carpentras (Vaucluse), reports

The rivalries began after the detention in 2021 of several people suspected of controlling drug trafficking in this district.
Seven people in pre-trial detention
The eleven arrested are men and women.
Ten were indicted for "violence with a weapon", "criminal association" and "drug trafficking".
One person was left free.
A total of seven suspects were remanded in custody and the others under judicial supervision.
During their searches, the police got their hands on weapons of war including machine pistols and automatic rifles of the Kalashnikov type.
They also seized narcotics, several thousand euros and six vehicles.
