The perpetrators of the shooting fled by car;

the vehicle was found a little later, burnt down, rue de Surville (Lyon 8).

Inside were two firearms.

The victim, a man in his thirties, was rushed to Edouard-Herriot hospital.

His vital prognosis is still engaged.

He was allowed to go out during the day to work, but had to return to the semi-freedom center every evening to spend the night in prison.

An investigation has been entrusted to the judicial police to clarify the circumstances of what is akin to a settling of scores.

Bullet marks were found on cars and walls at the location of the attack.
