A man found dead in the parking lot of a supermarket in Savoie

A man was found dead in the parking lot of the Carrefour Market store in Moûtiers, Savoie, on Thursday afternoon.

In cardiorespiratory arrest when help arrived, his death was pronounced by a doctor from the Samu, reports

An open investigation

The 43-year-old victim was of English nationality.

An investigation has been opened to find out more about this death.

The Moûtiers gendarmerie is in charge of the investigations.

The cause of death is unknown at this time.

Nothing suspicious was found on the body.

An autopsy is to be performed soon.

Witnesses could also be heard.
