The trial of a father accused of having killed his three-year-old son on June 24, 2019 has begun, is currently being held at the Assizes of Quimper (Finistère).

His ex-wife filed a complaint several times for harassment after their breakup.
The night of her child's death, the man tried to contact her several times.
After his incarceration, he confirmed to her that if she had answered his calls, their son would still be alive.
An expert said their child's death was "a punishment inflicted on his ex-wife".
