The key officials of the elected Yoon Seok-yeol, the so-called 'Yun Hak-kwan', members of the People's Power Kwon Seong-dong, Yoon Han-hong, and Jang Je-won.



Rep. Kwon reported 4.46 billion won, Rep. Yoon reported 2.26 billion won, and Rep. Jang reported 2.16 billion won.



Rep. Kwon owned an apartment and 1.9 billion won in cash each in Gangneung, Gangwon-do, and Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Rep. Jang owned an apartment and a shopping mall in Haeundae in Sasang-gu, Busan.



Rep. Kim Eun-hye, a spokesperson for the elected representative, reported 22.5 billion won, including a building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a row house, and 6.3 billion won in cash in the name of her spouse, making it the highest amount among members of her transition committee.



Among the transition committee members, the average wealth of seven incumbent lawmakers was found to be 3.35 billion won.



Rep. Park Seong-joong, secretary of the Science and Technology Education Division, reported the most with 8.44 billion won, and Kwon Young-se, vice chairman of the transition committee, reported 4.41 billion won.



It was followed by Choo Kyung-ho, Yoo Sang-beom, Lee Yong-ho, Lee Tae-gyu, and Lim Ja.



President Moon Jae-in reported 2.19 billion won, an increase of 110 million won from the previous year.



Real estate reports nearly doubled, and debts also increased dramatically from around 200 million won to 1.6 billion won.



The Blue House explained that the debt was temporary, which arose during the construction of the private residence in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, and that the former residence and the site in Maegok-dong, Yangsan were recently sold and all the debt was paid off.



The private residence and site in Maegok-dong, which President Moon bought for 870 million won in 2009, were sold for 2.61 billion won last month.
