China News Service, March 31. According to the WeChat official account of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, from April 5, 2022, passengers boarding flights from Islamabad to China must present a health code and a negative nucleic acid test 12 hours before boarding. Report boarding.

The process of obtaining the health code mainly includes 7-14 days of closed-loop isolation before departure (the number of isolation days for Chinese-funded enterprises in Pakistan should be completed according to the company's personnel management requirements), 7-14 days of health status monitoring, 7 days of nucleic acid pre-test, and 24 hours before boarding. Cross-check and submit relevant materials to apply for a health code; conduct a rapid nucleic acid test (hereinafter referred to as "quick test") 12 hours before boarding and obtain a quick test report (a paper version of the report must be provided at check-in for the airline to check and keep).

The relevant materials required to apply for a health code vary according to the type of vaccination and previous infection. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Testing requirements

  (1) Judging the items to be tested according to the type of self-vaccination

  1. Personnel who are fully vaccinated with inactivated vaccines (such as Sinopharm, Sinovac and other vaccines)

The 7-day pre-test, the 24-hour cross-dual test before boarding, and the 12-hour quick test before boarding should be completed. The three rounds (4 times) of tests are all nucleic acid (PCR) tests.

  2. Personnel fully vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines (such as Pfizer, Moderna, CanSino, etc.)

7-day pre-test, 24-hour cross-over double-check before boarding, and 12-hour express check before boarding should be completed.

Among them, the 2 rounds of cross-dual testing 24 hours before boarding are both nucleic acid (PCR) testing and IgM serum antibody testing, and the 7-day pre-test and the 12-hour quick test before boarding are only nucleic acid (PCR) testing, a total of 4 times Nucleic acid (PCR) detection, 2 IgM serum antibody detection.

Note: Persons who have been vaccinated with inactivated vaccines and non-inactivated vaccines at the same time should be tested with reference to the test items for persons who have been completely vaccinated with inactivated vaccines (see 1).

You can apply for a health code only after 14 days (exclusive) of the last vaccination.

Unvaccinated persons, deemed unvaccinated persons, and (suspected) previously infected persons shall be tested with reference to the testing items for persons vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines (see 2).

Those who are considered unvaccinated include: those who have not been fully vaccinated (for example, 2 doses of this type of vaccine should be vaccinated, and 1 dose should be vaccinated; or 3 doses should be vaccinated, and 1-2 doses should be actually vaccinated), and the vaccination process has not been completed at the specified time interval ( If the interval between 2 doses of vaccines is less than 14 days), and those who do not hold a vaccine certificate or who cannot verify the vaccine certificate.

(Suspected) people with previous infection include: people who have been diagnosed, people who have been nucleic acid positive, people who have been positive for IgM for more than 3 months, people who have not been vaccinated or considered to be not vaccinated and who have been positive for IgG or IGM serum antibodies, IgG or IgM before vaccination Those who had positive serum antibodies, those who had been vaccinated throughout the course but turned positive again after being negative for IgM or rose to the critical value, and those who consciously had abnormal serum antibodies or related symptoms, etc.

  (2) Detection steps

All passengers are requested to go to the embassy-designated testing agency for 1 pre-check and 24-hour cross-dual testing 7 days before boarding and within 24 hours before boarding respectively; go to the embassy-designated rapid testing agency within 12 hours before boarding 12-hour express inspection (the early morning or morning flight can be advanced to after 12:00 noon the day before) and the inspection report can be obtained directly from the inspection agency.
