Terror is back in Israel: eleven people were killed in three attacks in seven days.

The killing spree came after one of the quietest and safest periods in Israel's recent history.

Also because of the normalization of relations with several Arab states, the Israelis felt safe.

A new era seemed to be dawning.

Meanwhile, the so-called "Islamic State" had formed cells in Israel.

What is shocking is that some of the attackers were Israeli Arabs, who were thought to pose little danger.

Danger from the Islamic Republic of Iran

Now the Israelis have the horrifying certainty that they are faced with a new generation of terrorists and possibly a new wave of terror.

The much vaunted Israeli security services have to wonder why they didn't see this coming sooner.

In addition, there is still an external threat from the Islamic Republic of Iran, its nuclear program and its allies in the region.

When the foreign ministers of four Arab states, Israel and the USA met in Israel, the first terrorist attack took place, and Iranian supporters intensified their attacks in the region.

Even if Israel has normalized its relations with some Arab states, the new murderous series of attacks shows that the threat of terrorism is by no means over.
