A homeless man in his thirties died on Monday in hospital in Montpellier (Hérault).
He died of his injuries.
This 30-year-old had been admitted there, after a fight which took place on Saturday, on the forecourt of the opera, on the Place de la Comédie, learned

According to the first elements, the man would have fought with another homeless man.
We do not know, for the moment, the reasons for this fight.
Neither of them used a weapon.
The victim would have fallen during the brawl and his skull would have hit the ground.
The suspect, aged 50, was arrested by the police on Sunday.
A judicial investigation for assault and battery resulting in death without intention to give it was opened by the Montpellier prosecutor's office.
