Recently, there have been several shootings in the district Årby in Eskilstuna, the most recent occurred on Saturday afternoon when a man in his 20s was seriously injured.
On the other side of the street from the residential area is Årbyskolan.
Conversation therapist Ing-Marie Larsson, from the Support Center for Young Victims of Crime, has been called to the school to support counselors and teachers who will respond to anxious students.
- It does not have to be something professional, but just being here I think is very important right now, she says.
Slava Fransi is the curator at Årbyskolan and according to her, the atmosphere has become more anxious since the last shooting.
