Courts sentence Mainat's ex-wife to 17 months in prison for skipping the restraining order and raiding the producer's house

, the ex-wife of the television producer and founder of La Trinca Josep Maria Mainat, for allegedly having tried to kill him after
injecting him with insulin
, and has summoned her to testify this Friday.
As 'El Periódico' has advanced and judicial sources have confirmed, Dobrowolski has been prosecuted for the crime of murder or attempted murder, after Mainat suffered severe hypoglycemia on the night of June 22, 2020, when he was with this and with the two children in the family home.
The magistrate has summoned the investigated this Friday to inform her of her indictment and to take her statement, after which she can be charged with murder or attempted murder.
The investigating judge has appreciated as "incriminating element" the recordings of a kitchen security camera in which Dobrowolski is observed that night, before the television producer suffered hypoglycemia, going up to 13 times to the refrigerator and manipulating something inside, to then go back to Mainat's room.
In March 2021, the Barcelona Court
ruled out filing the
case for attempted murder that Dobrowolski has open in this Barcelona court after considering it necessary to continue with the open investigation into the case in order, among other steps, to take statements from the medical professionals of the Medical Emergency System (SEM) who were the first to treat Mainat after suffering from a coma.
Along with the reasons for the drop in sugar, the court urged to find out if it is true that the night of the events the woman took half an hour to call medical emergencies despite the fact that Mainat
's blood glucose meter measurements
showed alarming results.

, 37, has been under investigation since last summer for the attempted murder of Mainat, who is diabetic, allegedly injecting him with an overdose of insulin while he slept.
The television producer, when he was lying on the ambulance stretcher after the low blood sugar he suffered on the day of the events, called his children's nanny to warn her: "It was her, she wanted to kill me."
It was Pol Mainat, son of the producer and the deceased actress Rosa María Sardà, who filed the complaint that led to Dobrowolski's arrest, although the investigating judge dismissed the Prosecutor's request to enter preventive detention and released her .
