Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday that the Russian blockade of the port city of Mariupol constitutes a "crime against humanity".

"What the Russian forces are doing in Mariupol is a crime against humanity, something that is happening in front of the world today," Zelensky told the Danish parliament in a video address.
