  • Events A drunk driver leaves four people injured, one of them seriously, after invading a terrace of a bar in Zaragoza with his car

The Civil Guard has shot a man in the leg who allegedly

attacked

an agent who was trying to stop him with two knives because, allegedly, he had broken a restraining order against his partner in Rincón de la Victoria (Málaga).

The event occurred around 11:00 p.m. this Monday on the seafront of this town after the agents received a notice from a woman warning that a man, with a restraining order in force, was

threatening her and was carrying a knife

of large dimensions.

When the agents arrived at the victim's home, the man was no longer there, but after the pertinent search they located him on the Rincón de la Victoria promenade.

Then, the alleged aggressor went towards two civil guards (a man and a woman) with white weapons.

The agents had to draw their regulatory weapons while they were backing away because

the man was going towards them,

according to sources in the investigation.

At one point, the alleged abuser walked towards the agent, who, while backing away, asked him to drop his weapons, something he did not do, for which they had to shoot him.

One of the shots hit the left leg of the alleged aggressor, who, despite already suffering a wound, continued to advance towards the agent, still armed, and later

self-injured himself in the abdomen and neck.

The man, after being reduced by several agents, was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, according to the same sources.
