This is Satoshi Island, named in honor of Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin.

Title deeds issued in NFT
No physical currency will be used on Satoshi Island.
Only digital currencies will be accepted.
For example, the accommodation present on the island will be allocated via title deeds in NFT.
According to the organizers, 50,000 people have already applied to come and live on the island.
In order to reassure on the reliability of their project, the founders shared on Twitter an approving letter from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu.
For the time being, no building has yet emerged from the ground.
