“From the stadium to employment” offers job seekers and recruiters the opportunity to meet through rugby.

The hidden identities

90 unemployed people from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines region and around ten company representatives took part in sports workshops.

But on the ground, no one was identifiable.

It was therefore impossible to know who was looking for a job and who was offering it.

An opportunity to discover each other through play. At noon, the group shared a meal and no one was to reveal their identity.

At the end of the day, the mystery ended during a recruitment session without CV or cover letter.

A similar event will take place in the department more precisely in Plaisir in November 2022.
