According to public information, Hao Chunrong, female, Han nationality, was born in Yantai, Shandong in April 1963.
She started work in August 1983, joined the Communist Party of China in January 1985, and is a graduate student of the Central Party School.
In October 1980, Hao Chunrong studied at the Health School of Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province.
After graduation, she stayed at the school as an officer and deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee.
In September 1985, Hao Chunrong entered the political arena. After that, he worked in Liaoyang, Chaoyang, Panjin and other places.
