Behavior sets out corresponding responsibilities.
The measure will be implemented from April 1.
According to the measures, if a motor vehicle driver invites others to accept traffic violation penalties and points and pay economic benefits, the maximum penalty will be 50,000 yuan. At the same time, the original traffic violation will be punished according to law; Those who are punished for illegal acts and earn economic benefits will be fined up to 50,000 yuan, and 12 points will be recorded at a time; those who organize others to buy points and sell points for economic benefits will be fined up to 100,000 yuan.
