Hao Chunrong, a 59-year-old native of Yantai, Shandong, has been working in Liaoning since August 1983. Wang Dawei was transferred from Heilongjiang to Liaoning in March 2013, and served as the director and party secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department.
Wang Dawei has been at the helm of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department for 9 years, and the two former heads of the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department are currently sacked.
