The investigation is progressing after the murder of a 16-year-old teenager on Wednesday evening, near the funfair in Le Mans.
Three suspects, including a minor, were indicted and placed in pre-trial detention, in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution, Le Mans prosecutor Delphine Dewailly said on Saturday.
The magistrate announced on Friday the seizure of an investigating judge as part of an open judicial investigation for "assassination" and "violence committed in a meeting".
The three suspects had been “arrested shortly after the facts” and the “clues collected” make “likely their presence on the scene”, according to the prosecutor.
The victim, a 16-year-old boy, died of "several stab wounds" early Wednesday evening, near the carnival, in the Panorama business area, in Le Mans.
The Territorial Direction of the judicial police of Angers and the police station of Le Mans are in charge of the judicial investigation.
