This is something that Bengt Olof Lysell who lives along the Pråm Canal notices.

- We have a bottleneck here at Ankersbron and those who have something to drink are happy to throw it in the canal before entering the Nöjesfabriken, he says

Even outside Nöjesfabriken, it is noticeable that it is fully operational.

Glass bottles, confetti and other rubbish remain well into Monday morning.

Peter Eriksson, Nöjesfabriken's owner, says that they will review their cleaning routines and at the same time want to find a common cleaning plan together with Karlstad municipality.

- Of course we clean outside our entrance and try to keep it clean along the wall.

When the rubbish comes over on a busy street, we of course pick up broken glass, but we do not cross the street and clean and sweep.

Maybe together with Karlstad municipality we could find a solution where we should clean and where the municipality should clean, he says.

The rubbish has moved back to the center

Christer Svensson, who is production manager at the technology and property administration in Karlstad, says that there has been no increase in rubbish since the restrictions were lifted without the rubbish having changed direction.

- What we have seen is that the rubbish has moved back into the city center from the fact that there has been a lot of rubbish out in the parks instead, he says.
