When the flood flooded his nanny's house in the Philippines, nine-year-old Finley Reeves decided to help disadvantaged and less fortunate children, and to bring their voice to the world, through an initiative during which he walks for a distance of seven kilometers in each of the seven emirates, to be his last stop « Expo 2020 Dubai”, during which he departed from the Sports and Fitness Center to tour the site, and returned to his starting point to conclude his tour.

Finley chose to represent the Football for Humanity Foundation, a charity that uses football to address vital social issues and protect vulnerable children at risk of abuse, exploitation and trafficking, as it combines his passion for walking and football.

"The idea for the charity walk came when the village of Mribiti in the Philippines was inundated with floods and many children were left homeless," Finley said.

He added, "I chose (Football for Humanity), because I love this game, it brings happiness to me, and maybe joy to others who do things like this, because they can play football and feel happy too."

Finlay was accompanied during his tour by many family members and friends who share the same passion, and the Dubai Expo provided them with the necessary support, as it supports humanitarian issues, and has previously supported awareness initiatives to support the Football for Humanity Foundation, emphasizing its role in helping children.
