This cloud cover will break up in the afternoon and give way to fine clearings around the Gulf of Lion.

On the other hand, high clouds will maintain a slightly milky sky over the PACA and Corsica regions.

Also near the Pyrenees, sunny periods will alternate with cloudy periods, giving some showers in the afternoon on the foothills and the Pyrenean relief.

On the other side of the country on the Nord Pas-de-Calais, the morning will be gray.

These low clouds will shift towards the Pays de Caux and the tip of Cotentin in the afternoon and the sun will return to the far north.

The rest of the country will keep very sunny or slightly cloudy weather.

Light frosts in the northeast

After a lull, the Autan wind will pick up again in its domain, with gusts of 60/70 km/h on the Lauragais.

In terms of temperatures, light frosts will still be possible locally in the northeast, in eastern Limousin, Auvergne and in the Alpine valleys.

Elsewhere inland, it will be between 2 and 7 degrees.
