On Saturday, many Malmö residents passed the school which is located in the middle of the city.

Many stopped and watched the sea of flowers grow, others went there to refill it.

- I worked at the Latin school for eight years and was a colleague of one of the women who was killed on Monday, Louise Callmer says after she laid down her bouquet.

She now works at a high school in Lund and says that they talked a lot about the deed in class during the week.

When she looks out over all the flowers, cards and candles that now fill her old school yard, she is moved.

- Ready to cry.

It shows how much these people meant but also what school can mean and what teachers can mean.

This can also be seen in some of the messages on the cards.

Hear Louise Callmer talk more about her feelings in the clip above.
