Entrepreneur Zeki Yalcin: "Proud of how we handled the pandemic"

Despite two stormy years as a result of the pandemic, Zeki Yalcin's operations have landed on their feet - and even been praised.

In 2021, the restaurant chain was awarded the "Franchise Chain of the Year" award, partly due to how the company worked during the pandemic.

- In most restaurants, things are going well, we are doing well and I am proud of that, says Zeki Yalcin.
