After preliminary judgment, the fraudsters used technical means to pretend to be the phone number of the Chinese embassy in Switzerland to conduct telecommunication fraud.

Criminals often claim to be embassy officials, and under the guise of "providing anti-epidemic materials and assisting in vaccination", they obtain personal identification information, bank accounts and other information, which is deceptive to a certain extent.
