As of the end of February, cross-provincial direct settlement of hospitalization expenses across the country had been connected to 54,200 designated medical institutions; that year, the cumulative cross-provincial direct settlement of hospitalization expenses was 749,000, involving medical expenses of 17.091 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), and fund payment of 9.793 billion yuan , the fund payment ratio is 57.3%.
In February, 315,200 national hospitalization expenses were directly settled across provinces, involving 6.832 billion yuan in medical expenses and 3.922 billion yuan in fund payments, down 27.3%, 33.4%, and 33.2% month-on-month respectively; the fund payment ratio was 57.4%.
As of the end of February, the cross-provincial direct settlement of outpatient expenses across the country had been connected to 49,200 designated medical institutions and 89,800 designated retail pharmacies; the accumulative cross-provincial direct settlement of outpatient expenses in the year was 3,109,700, involving 777 million yuan in medical expenses and 452 million in fund payments. The fund pays 58.3%. Among them, 4,842 outpatient chronic and special disease-related treatment expenses are directly settled across provinces, involving medical expenses of 5.1338 million yuan, fund payment of 3.6527 million yuan, and fund payment ratio of 71.2%.
In February this year, 1,536,100 cross-provincial outpatient medical expenses were directly settled across the country, involving 386 million yuan in medical expenses and 225 million yuan in fund payments, down 2.4%, 1.2%, and 0.8% month-on-month respectively; the fund payment ratio was 58.4%; The treatment costs related to chronic and special diseases were directly settled across provinces for 2,670 person-times, involving 2.6467 million yuan of medical expenses, 1.9859 million yuan paid by the fund, and the fund payment ratio was 75%.
