A video clip documented scenes of fierce fighting with light weapons, between Russian and Chechen forces against Ukrainian forces in the city of Mariupol.
The forces exchanged fire from automatic rifles, and the soldiers took cover with tree trunks and abandoned buildings from the residents, to avoid being hit by bullets, as the video clip showed.
The video showed the complete destruction of the battlefield, as homes were abandoned, cars and trees burned in the streets, and the city of Mariupol turned into a war zone between Russian and Ukrainian forces.
