The man who died had an intellectual disability and the woman must have persuaded the man to take the tablets to take his life.

However, she says that the man wanted to commit suicide and says that was why she gave him the tablets.

The woman was sentenced by Jönköping District Court to six years in prison, a punishment that the prosecutor wants to see increased.

As a reason, Maria Lundberg states, among other things, that the district court did not take into account that a woman had made searches related to suicide just one week before the man's death.

According to the prosecutor, this shows that the act was preceded by some planning.

The woman also appeals

The prosecutor also believes that no uniform picture has emerged of the man's mood, situation or future.

The woman who was convicted of murder has also appealed, P4 Jönköping states.

She wants to be completely acquitted of the charges.
