He praised what the legislator approved of tightening the penalty in this article, as this would limit the curiosity spread among many people, especially those who have a passion and curiosity for photographing accidents and cause traffic disruptions, despite all the warnings and warnings issued by the competent authority for the likes of These, but there are still those who are trying to portray the accidents.

He added that standing to photograph the victims hampers the arrival of ambulances and police to the scene of the accident, and makes it difficult for them to rescue the injured, in addition to the crowding and obstruction of rescue efforts.

He cautioned that filming the victims and the dead directly affects the feelings and feelings of their relatives, because they may refuse to let one of them defame their son or breadwinner, or they do not want this video or photography to remain a bad memory for them.

Likewise, if there are pictures of disasters in which people are killed, for example, when a car sinks in a valley or someone is pulled by a torrent, and intruders photograph such accidents, this act is also considered a crime punishable by law.
