Hrevennene border checkpoint on the Ukraine border southeast of Poland.

This is where marines who were denied entry to Ukraine returned to stay.

Our authorities saw the marines in here for over ten thousand days and waited for them to come out on their own, but they didn't come out.

As a result of the confirmation, it was determined that this marine had already left the checkpoint early in the morning of yesterday (23rd) local time.

Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Intelligence Service, and the military took turns guarding the checkpoint, but in vain.

Due to the nature of the checkpoint, there is a possibility that the vehicle may have escaped with the help of those arriving by car to Poland.

It is known that the Marines continue to not be contacted by our Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This makes it difficult to locate the marines.

However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that the marines may not have been able to go to Ukraine, where they have already been denied entry once, and plans to cooperate with the authorities of Ukraine and Poland to pursue their whereabouts.

The marine previously refused to return on vacation and left through Incheon International Airport and entered Warsaw, Poland.

He tried to enter Ukraine to enlist in the Ukrainian Volunteer Army, but it was canceled at the request of our authorities.

Marines are expected to be charged with leaving the military service without permission as an active duty soldier.
