  Xu Aimin, male, born in March 1957, Han nationality, a native of Tunliu, Shanxi, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a postgraduate degree from the Central Party School, started working in August 1974, and joined the Communist Party of China in September 1978.

  From August 1974 to November 1985, he successively served as the deputy company commander, instructor and battalion commander of the Fifth Frontier Defense Regiment of the Yunnan Military Region, and the military training section chief of the Armed Forces Department of Cangyuan County;
